SantaMatch members must adhere to the highest standards of conduct and civility. Among others, members are not allowed to use this website for any of the following:

• Upload, post or email any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
• Upload nude, semi-nude photos or photos with sexual content or sexual innuendo
• Post messages that offer to engage in illegal or harmful activity.
• Contact other members with offers for sex or sexual services.
• Write graphic, vulgar, racial, ethnic, defamatory or hateful messages.
• Call names, curse or disrespectfully address other members.
• Impersonate another person by posting a fake profile or post.
• Upload or email any material on behalf of another person.
• Upload photos that are not of themselves with the intention to mislead (exceptions are for friends, relatives and pets).
• Post deceptive information about themselves.
• Post on their profile libelous or defamatory information about other members.
• Post offers for marriage arrangements in exchange for money or a green card.
• Post offers or requests for sex or sex services.
• Contact another member in order to discuss or exchange information about a third member � abuses should be reported only to Santa@SantaMatch.com or by flagging the abusing member.
• Stalk, harass or engage in obsessive and excessive communication with a member who does not wish to receive such communication.
• Collect or store personal data about users for any other reason than in conjunction with the purpose of the service, i.e. dating, friendship and networking.
